Option to set expiration date (drop off list) for the Anniversaries Component.

General

The Anniversaries Component permits a "look ahead" time-frame setting. However, the employee drops off the list the day after his/her anniversary. Is there a setting to allow them to drop off the list X days after the anniversary? We would like work anniversaries to remain on the list beyond the day of the anniversary.
