Stop auto-inviting/adding calendar event creator as a "participant" when using "More Options"

A calendar admin for an office/company wide group calendar that adds multiple daily events and chooses more options will always be emailed an invite (and receive a system notification) for every entry unless they click the trashcan every time. If they only click "Personal event without participants" they STILL get emailed an invite and get a notification. This can get quite annoying for the user.
